Session policies and guidelines

Booking & Payment • Payment is REQUIRED at the time of booking for 1:1 sessions to secure your spot unless a payment plan has been arranged. • All sessions must be booked in advance through my website or directly with me. • Payment plans are available for select offerings; please inquire if you need financial flexibility. Cancellation & Rescheduling • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 25% of the session fee. • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the session fee. • If I need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, I will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative dates. Late Arrivals • If you arrive late to a session, we will still end at the scheduled time out of respect for other clients. • If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session may be considered a no-show and charged in full. Refund Policy • All sales are final. Refunds are not available once a session or package has been purchased. • If you are unsatisfied with your session, please reach out, and we can discuss how to best support your healing journey moving forward. Package Policies • Packages must be used within the specified time frame; unused sessions do not roll over. • Sessions within a package are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed upon. Confidentiality & Ethics • All sessions are completely confidential. I hold a safe and sacred space for your healing. • I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose energy, intent, or behavior does not align with a safe and respectful environment.
